terms of service

general

I deserve the full right to decline a commission for any reasonPlease include visual references and a good description. A reference sheet for non-fanart would be preferred, but not obligatoryPayment will be 100% upfront, and be over paypal or kofi
(later on vgen will become an option as well)Responses will usually take 1-2 business days, please don't hesitate to message me again if I happen to take longer!

process

After receiving payment, I will start working on an initial sketch, which I will then send for approval and possible adjustments, before proceeding further. The same applies to base colors and lineart.Only smaller changes are allowed during the rendering and final stages.Minimum canvas size I use is 2500x2500 pixels with 300 DPI. May be bigger depending on commission details.I will charge extra for any additional characters, price varies depending on details and commission type. You can find more information on this listed with my pricing information.Final version will be sent in PNG format through Google Drive. I only have limited storage space, so please download your commission from there, as I will delete the file after two months. (Let me know if you need more time!)Commissions can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 month to be completed depending on personal circumstances and workload, and will be done on a first come first serve basis.
If you have a hard deadline for your commission, please let me know beforehand, so we can discuss and plan accordingly!

uses

Commissions are exclusively for personal use, so you may not profiting off of them through selling prints, products, etc.Using any commissions to feed into generative AI software is also not allowed.As the artist, I retain all copyright to my work, which includes posting the commissions on my own account or use as samples, unless otherwise agreed upon.You may upload your commission to social media and/or use it for your layout, so long as you credit my account correctly.

refunds or cancellations

If you decide to cancel your commission at any time between the sketch and final stage, you will be refunded 70% of what you paid, to compensate for my time and effort.If I'm unable to finish a commission due to any personal reasons, you will be refunded in full.Refunds will not be accepted after a commission has been finished as to respect each other's time.Please keep this in mind during the pre-rendering stages and before you commission me.

prices & examples

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service listed above.I will charge an extra fee per additional character depending on details and commission type.

headshot : 15 eur

Shoulder upwards, with focus on the character's face and expressions, featured by a simple background. I will only do max 2 characters each for these. (+5 EUR for 2nd character).

bust & half body : 30 eur

Chest or hip/thigh upwards, here you may request up to 4 additional characters, which will cost 7.5 EUR (25%) extra each. Background can be simple to moderately detailed.

full body : 40 eur

May be requested with up to 4 additional characters too, charged from 10 EUR up to 20 EUR (25% - 50%) extra each, depending on details. You may request specific backgrounds, but please keep in mind that I have the right to refuse if I feel that the requested background is above my current skill level. Though of course, we can discuss to find a middle ground, if possible!

(Currently working on some references for this, as I realized I don't actually have any yet ㅜㅜ But you may still choose this commission type if you wish to!)
